30-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a paid DockSpark license, you may request a full refund within 30 days after the order completion date. You should confirm before downloading paid content that you have 30 days from that date to cancel or apply for a refund.
Who handles returns
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Request a refund through Paddle’s buyer tools or Paddle customer support. Do not send payment-card details to ZTfer.
Downloads without a paid order
Downloading DockSpark from GitHub or Homebrew does not by itself create a paid order or a charge to refund. This policy applies when a paid checkout on dockspark.app is completed.
What a refund covers
A refund returns the amount you paid for that order, subject to Paddle’s processing. After a refund, the corresponding device license ends. Delete the app from those Macs if you no longer have a valid license.
After 30 days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the order completion date are decided by Paddle and ZTfer case by case, for example if the app cannot launch on a supported Mac. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact Paddle first so the order can be reviewed.
How to request a refund
Use the receipt or account tools Paddle sent after purchase, or contact Paddle support and include your order number. For product defects that led to the refund request, you may also open a GitHub issue at https://github.com/DockSpark/DockSpark/issues so we can diagnose the problem.
Changes
If this refund policy changes, we will update the date on this page and notify Paddle as required. The policy in effect on your order date applies to that order unless a later version is more favorable to you and we agree to apply it.
