## Operator

DockSpark is a macOS utility operated by ZTfer. The website is dockspark.app. By downloading, installing, or using DockSpark, or by completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

## The product

DockSpark lets you switch browser profiles and open private or incognito windows from the macOS Dock. Current features, supported browsers, system requirements, plans, and limits are described on the website pricing, download, and documentation pages.

## License

ZTfer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DockSpark on the number of Macs included in the plan you purchase. The Free plan, when offered, is limited as described on the pricing page. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law.

## Orders and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout on dockspark.app uses Paddle. Paddle collects payment, issues invoices and receipts, and handles taxes for those orders. The current plans are named 1 Device, 2 Devices, and 5 Devices, and include the corresponding number of Mac activations. Each early-bird offer applies a $1 discount to its one-time payment. The device limit assigned when you purchase remains with that license. These plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, unless a later plan says otherwise.

## Acceptable use

Use DockSpark only on Macs you own or are authorized to configure. Do not use the app to violate another person’s privacy, to bypass security controls you are not allowed to change, or to break applicable law.

## No accounts

DockSpark does not require a DockSpark account. Profile names and related settings stay on your Mac. Paid licenses are bound to the purchase email and use a random installation identifier to enforce the purchased device limit. A short-lived email link lets the purchaser recover the license. Deactivate a Mac in the app under Settings → License; contact support if that Mac is unavailable. Signed authorization normally refreshes every 30 days and can continue for a 14-day offline grace period; after that the app returns to free limits without deleting local data. Website visits may still be measured as described in the Privacy Notice.

## Intellectual property

DockSpark, its name, logo, and site content belong to ZTfer unless otherwise noted. Browser names and macOS are trademarks of their respective owners. DockSpark is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Google, or other browser vendors.

## Disclaimer

DockSpark is provided “as is.” ZTfer does not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will remain compatible with every macOS or browser update. The app may change, and features described as coming later may ship with different limits.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZTfer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data arising from your use of DockSpark. For paid orders, Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

## Complaints

Product issues can be reported at https://github.com/DockSpark/DockSpark/issues. We aim to respond within five business days. Billing, invoice, and refund complaints should be sent to Paddle, which handles customer service and returns for orders. If a complaint is not resolved, you may use the dispute process Paddle provides or any statutory ombudsman or consumer authority available where you live.

## Changes

We may update these terms when the product, pricing, or checkout process changes. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material checkout changes will also be reflected in the Refund Policy.
