## Local configuration

DockSpark stores profile configuration locally on your Mac with SwiftData. License files live in Application Support. The device identifier and refresh token use the Keychain's default access rules. DockSpark does not include accounts or cloud sync, and it does not upload your profile configuration or browsing content.

## App usage statistics

DockSpark uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-friendly app usage statistics. TelemetryDeck receives an anonymized identifier for each app installation, installation and session information, and successful profile additions, switches, and private-window actions. Custom events include only the browser category. DockSpark also sends a timestamp rounded to the nearest hour and limited device metadata. DockSpark does not send browser profile names, directories, paths, UUIDs, raw error text, browsing URLs, history, cookies, passwords, or extension lists.

TelemetryDeck states that it does not store IP addresses or use cookies. See the [full Privacy Notice](/privacy) for details.

## Permissions

Accessibility access identifies the Dock icon under your pointer. Some browser actions may separately request Automation access. Reading Chromium or Firefox profiles may also require Full Disk Access; when it does, DockSpark explains why before opening System Settings. These permissions are controlled in macOS System Settings. See [permissions](/docs/getting-started/permissions) for turning them off in System Settings, and for Terminal commands that delete the recorded authorizations and clear local settings. Matching features stop after you revoke access; you can still request each permission again from the app.

## Website data

The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how the site is used. This analytics integration applies to the website, not the DockSpark app. The website does not use advertising trackers, accounts, or email signup forms.
